The Traffic Engineer will be responsible for supervising and mentoring junior staff, and for marketing to new and existing clients, including presentations and interviews, and more.
The Highway Engineer will be responsible for developing roadway plans and traffic control plans; developing quantities, cost estimates, pavement designs, RRR reports and lane closure calculations; supervision of others' work products and the budget; and marketing clients, including presentations.
The Junior Engineer will be responsible for highway and drainage design; plans production utilizing CADD Software; and assisting in the preparation of studies and reports.
The ideal candidate will have experience billing multiple invoices on a monthly basis. They will be detail-oriented, organized, self-motivated, and able to work in a team environment. The candidate will have strong written and verbal interpersonal communication skills.
