TRAFFIC SERVICES MANAGER
The Traffic Services Manager will report to senior management and will be responsible for supervising the traffic engineering group in our Tampa office. We desire strong independent decision making with the ability to grow and expand by marketing current and new clients. An emphasis on technical experience and expertise in developing Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS) along with a strong understanding of ITS planning, design, integration, operation and maintenance, and marketing of these services is desired. Experience in the preparation of construction plans for roadway lighting, signalization, and signing and pavement marking projects is required.
REQUIREMENTS:
- A minimum of 15 years of progressive experience in the Traffic Engineering field with a Bachelors or Masters degree in Civil or Traffic Engineering.
- Registered professional engineer in the State of Florida or the ability for reciprocal registration from another state.
- Recent Florida Department of Transportation experience a plus
- Strong written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills.
