Howard Frankland Bridge Causeway Rock Groin, Hillsborough County, FDOT District 7
Our concept development and design has reduced shoreline erosion and allowed seagrasses and estuarine vegetation to flourish, thereby improving fisheries and wading bird habitat. The project was for the design, permitting, construction management, and monitoring of a rock groin system in Tampa Bay.
